It’s an opportunity to connect, share openly, and encourage one another—building deeper relationships and finding ways to better support the next generation in their walk with God. ## Why Attend?

Joining the NEXT Retreat is a wonderful way to:

- Strengthen your personal relationship with God.
- Build meaningful connections with fellow church members.
- Gain valuable insights into nurturing and guiding the next generation in faith.
- Enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating weekend away from daily routines.
- Create memorable moments filled with fun, laughter, and fellowship.

## Who Should Attend?

This retreat is specifically for church members and those actively serving in the church, along with their families. We want to intentionally step back from the busyness of serving new guests and create a relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to allow everyone to unwind, refresh, and enjoy mutual care and support among mature brothers and sisters.

## What We Will Do

During this retreat, we'll enjoy:

- Heartfelt worship sessions to lift our spirits.
- Engaging group discussions to explore ways we can support and nurture the next generation in faith.
- Fun activities and games designed for everyone to relax, bond, and laugh together.
- Quiet moments for reflection and personal connection with God.
- Evening bonfire sessions for warm fellowship, sharing stories, and encouragement under the stars.

## Camp Dates

**Check-in:** Friday, September 12 after 7-8 PM

**Check-out:** Sunday, September 14 at 12:30 PM

## Meals Provided

**Friday Night:** Bring your own snacks to share with others

**Saturday:** Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Supper

**Sunday:** Brunch

## Where Will We Stay?

**Chalet (Main Building):** Priority for families with young children, expectant mothers, and elderly members.

**Heated Cabins:** Each cabin has 8 bunk beds and is warm and comfortable. Cabins are gender-specific (men/ladies). Washrooms are located in the chalet.

## What Should I Bring?

- Bible (let’s make this meaningful!)
- Notebook &amp; Pen
- Warm Bedding or Sleeping Bag
- Towel, Toiletries, Personal Items
- Flashlight
- Indoor and Outdoor Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Rain Gear
- Swimwear (if you can handle the cold water!)
- Warm Jacket (perfect for the bonfire!)

**Camp Fee:**

- General (10+ years old): $145.95 (GST included)
- Children (5-9 years old): $72.98 (GST included)
- Children (under 4 years old): Free

**Subsidization Available:**

- General: Save $50 (reduced to $95.95)
- Children (5-9): Save $25 (reduced to $47.98)

Check the subsidization option during registration if you need financial assistance.

# Clean-up Guideline 清理指南

### As per Camp Kadesh:

### <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Dining Hall</span>

At the end of your stay, please ensure:

- Tables, chairs, couches, and games are returned to their original location
- Tables and benches are wiped
- Benches are up on tables
- Entire floor is swept and mopped
- Garbage is taken out
- All belongings are removed

Brooms, mops, rags and cleaner are in the janitorial closet by the kitchen.

### <span style="text-decoration: underline;">2nd Floor</span>

- All rooms are vacuumed
- Garbage is taken out
- Lights are off
- Windows are closed
- All belongings are removed

Please do not rearrange the bunks or the mattresses.

There is a $50 charge for any graffiti.

The vacuum is located behind the stairwell door on the west (parking lot) side.

### <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Basement</span>

- Tidy bathrooms
- Sweep and mop chapel floors
- Please leave chapel furniture the way you found it
- Pews, ping pong and foosball tables, and all sound equipment are returned to their original location
- Garbage is taken out
- All belongings are removed

Brooms are in the laundry room in the hallway.
