Welcome to everyone here today—some of you are grandparents, uncles, aunties, older brothers, and older sisters. Today is a family gathering. There’s no special program, just a simple meal shared together.
As our pastor often says, “It takes a village to raise a child.”
Grace and Arthur, this is your village. You’re not alone on this journey of parenting. When you need help, we’re here. We can play with your children, walk alongside you, and share in the joys and challenges of raising them.
May you be strengthened in your parenting, and feel deeply loved in this community.
