Help Us Build the Sanctuary Rooms

We are looking for 2 to 3 adults to work alongside Ron Xie (谢荣强) on the sanctuary rooms build.

In Short

The two rooms inside the sanctuary are moving from design into construction. Ron Xie is leading the build as a volunteer. He needs a small, steady crew of 2 to 3 adults working evenings for roughly one to two weeks.

This is not a large call for volunteers. It is a small team, and we would rather have three people who show up every evening than ten people who come once.

Who We Are Looking For

2 to 3 adults. A small crew that works together for the whole build, not a rotating list.
Some hands-on experience. You have used basic hand tools before and are reasonably handy. You do not need to be a tradesperson.
Careful on site. This matters more than skill. Construction happens in a tight space with other people around. We need people who watch what is happening beside them and behind them, not just in front.
Willing to commit to the whole build, for the core team. We need 2 to 3 people who can be there for the full stretch, this is what makes the schedule work. If you can only help on some evenings, that's still useful, just let us know your availability when you reach out and we'll see where you fit.

The Commitment

Time: 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, about 4 hours per evening
Days: Monday through Saturday. No Sundays, so it does not touch the worship service or Sunday cleanup.
Length: Roughly 1 to 2 weeks
Start date: TBD, pending material delivery. We will confirm dates with the team before starting.

What You Do Not Need

You do not need to be a professional builder or carpenter.
You do not need your own tools.
You do not need to have been part of the design or feedback process.

核心团队需要能委身全程的人。我们需要 2 至 3 位能全程参与的人，这样时间安排才能顺利进行。如果你只能在部分晚上帮忙，也很欢迎，报名时告诉我们你方便的时间，我们会看看怎样安排。
