Small Group Covenant 小组公约
This covenant commits small group members to love, trust, serve, and grow together in Christ with integrity and care.
Commitment to Meetings
We value one another and commit to attending fellowship/small group meetings regularly, avoiding absence without cause. We take responsibility seriously, serve each other, and faithfully fulfill our role within the group.
Commitment to Authenticity
We commit to being open with each other, sharing genuine feelings without hiding our hurts, joys, love, hate, hopes, and disappointments.
Commitment to Compassion
We will encourage and forgive one another, letting God's Word guide us to walk in truth.
Commitment to Confidentiality
We commit to keeping confidences, especially concerning personal matters, weaknesses, and private issues. We will protect each other and refrain from gossip.
Commitment to Financial Integrity
No borrowing, selling, or financial guarantees within the group. While we care for each other's needs, especially in times of lack, all financial matters will be handled cautiously. Support should be voluntary and based on genuine need, not involving loans or financial entanglements.
Commitment to Submission
We commit to submitting to one another and to the leadership of the small group leader appointed by the church. We will regularly pray for our church and group coworkers. Group or church WeChat groups are mainly for communication; use them cautiously. For theological questions, members should directly ask the group leader or pastors instead of posting in the group to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Commitment to Care
We commit to caring for each other, encouraging interaction and visits among members, but exercising caution in private interactions between the opposite sexes.
此公约呼召小组成员以爱心、信任、服事与诚信在基督里共同成长。
聚会之约
我们愿意看重彼此，总要参加团契/小组聚会，不无故缺席，我们看重在团契/小组当尽的责任，彼此服事，我愿忠心负担起我在小组中当尽之份。
真诚之约
我们愿意彼此敞开，我们分享真正的感受，不隐瞒所受的伤害、喜乐、爱恨、希望、失望。
怜悯之约
我们愿意彼此劝勉，彼此宽恕，借着上帝的话语引导我们走在真理中。
保密之约
我们愿意彼此守密，特别对个人隐私、软弱、不宜公开的事保密。我们彼此保护，绝不说人是非。
财务之约
不借贷、不推销、不作保。我们愿意彼此看顾，但在金钱财务上，我们愿意更谨慎来面对。见到弟兄姐妹在衣食上短缺时，甘心乐意资助他们，但不可以借贷或其他金钱往来。
顺服之约
我们愿意彼此顺服，顺服教会所选立的小组长的领导，并经常为教会及小组的同工代祷。小组或教会的微信群主要用于联络，请谨慎使用。若有信仰上的疑问，组员应直接向组长或牧者询问，而不是发到小组微信群引起不必要的争论和混乱。
关怀之约
我们愿意彼此关怀，鼓励组员彼此之间的互动及探访，但应谨慎异性之间单独接触。
