Retreat Agenda 时间表

Below is the schedule for our weekend retreat. We've designed a balanced mix of spiritual growth, meaningful conversations, fun activities, and rest. Each day has its own flow—so feel free to follow along, participate fully, and enjoy the time together as a family in Christ. Don't forget to bring your own snacks for fellowship time!

Day 1 (Friday, September 12)

7 - 8pm	Arrival & Registration
8 - 11pm	Free Time with Bring Your Own Snacks & Fellowship
11pm	Lights Out – Rest Well!

Day 2 (Saturday, September 13)

9 - 10am	Breakfast
10am- 12:30pm	Free Time or Learn to play the game of mahjong (preparation for senior ministry)
1 - 2pm	Lunch
2:30 - 4pm	Topical activities - Three choices max 12 persons per activity: 1. Spiritual Direction - Introduction and Practice (Eulogio Jo-Kwang) 2. Smart Savings Smart Living - Save more so as to offer more (Daniel Lai) 3. From Courtship to Marriage - Questions and Responses (Ericson/ Miriam)
4:30 - 6:30pm	Free time or Learn to play the game of mahjong
7 - 8pm	Supper
8 - 10pm	Evening Worship / Sharing at Camp Fire
10 - 11pm	Free Time with Snacks & Fellowship
11pm	Lights Out – Rest Well!

Day 3 (Sunday, September 14)

9 - 10am	Breakfast
10am - 1pm	Free Time and Clean-up
1 - 2pm	Lunch
2pm	Departure

以下是我们这次营会的时间表。每一天的安排都兼顾了属灵成长、彼此交流、趣味活动和充分休息。请大家跟随日程，尽情参与，一同享受在基督里相聚的美好时光。别忘了自备零食，用来在团契时间彼此分享！

第一天 (周五 9月12日)

晚上 7点 - 8点	报到与登记
晚上 8点 - 11点	自由活动（请自备零食）和团契
晚上 11点	熄灯休息 —— 晚安！

第二天 (周六 9月13日)

早上 9:00 - 10:00	早餐
早上 10:00 - 下午 12:30	自由活動 或 那些年長輩們所玩的遊戲「麻雀」(為長者事工作準備）
下午 1:00 - 2:00	午餐
下午 2:00 - 2:30	大合照
下午 2:30 - 4:00	自選專題活動 （三選一，每項活動最多十二人）1. 灵性指导 — 介绍与实践（Eulogio Jo-Kwang）2. 聪明储蓄，智慧生活 — 多存钱以便更多奉献（Daniel Lai）3. 从恋爱到婚姻 — 问题与回答（Ericson / Miriam）
下午 4:30 - 6:30	自由活动 或 學習麻雀遊戲
下午 7:00 - 8:00	晚餐
晚上 8:30 - 10:00	黃昏崇拜 / 分享營火會 「那些年最深刻的信仰經歷」
晚上 10:00 - 11:00	自由活动和分享零食，团契时间
晚上 11:00	熄灯休息 —— 晚安！

第三天 (主日 9月14日)

早上 9:00 - 10:00	早餐
早上10:00 - 下午1:00	自由活動 / 打包 & 清洁：房间、公共区域、卫生间与地下室卫生间
下午 1:00 - 2:00	午餐
下午 2:00	离营
