Serving in Praise Team 赞美服事

A praise team member leads the congregation in worship with humility, preparation, and a heart focused on God.

Praise Team Member Qualifications

1. Must be a born-again, baptized Christian and a member of this church.
2. Must have attended worship at this church for over a year, be committed to the church, and regularly participate in Sunday services and small group meetings.
3. Must have a burden and gifting for music ministry and be willing to commit to serving in the worship team.
4. Must not engage in behaviors that clearly violate biblical principles, such as cohabitation before marriage or extramarital affairs. Must uphold holy marriage and agree with the biblical teaching of one man and one woman in marriage.
5. If after starting service a member displays poor testimony and repeatedly fails to correct it after counsel, the church reserves the right to suspend their service.

Guidelines

1. Arrive at church 20 minutes early to prepare your heart and emotions.
2. Avoid the mindset of "it's too easy for me, so I don't need to practice."
3. Dress neatly, appropriately, and respectfully; casual attire is not suitable. Women’s skirts should be below the knee, and revealing clothing should be avoided.
4. Invite the congregation to stand at the beginning of worship.
5. After the singing begins, encourage the congregation to remain standing, but allow seating when appropriate to accommodate the elderly or those with mobility challenges.
6. Leading worship is not about showcasing personal talents but about guiding the congregation to worship God together, following the principle of "seeing no one but Jesus."
7. Pray and seek the Spirit's guidance to select songs that align with the message of the speaker.
8. Worship leaders must practice diligently and coordinate with the pianist before leading. Without proper coordination, participation is not allowed.
9. Be punctual, keep commitments, and respect one another.

赞美团队成员资格

1. 重生得救且受过洗的基督徒，本教会会友
2. 参加本教会崇拜一年以上，委身于教会，固定参加教会的主日聚会与小组聚会
3. 对音乐事奉有负担和恩赐，能够委身于敬拜团队事奉
4. 没有明显违背圣经原则的行为如未婚同居、婚外情等。持守圣洁的婚姻，认同及遵守圣经关于一夫一妻、一男一女的教导。
5. 开始服事之后若出现不良见证，经劝诫而屡教不改的话，教会有权停止其事奉。

赞美服事注意事项

1. 提前二十分钟到教会，预备自己的心和情绪。
2. 切忌“对我来说太简单了，因此不需要练习”的思想。
3. 服装干净整齐，庄重大方，不宜穿休闲便装。女士裙应过膝，不要穿暴露的衣服。
4. 开始敬拜时，邀请会众起立。
5. 诗歌开始后，要求大家保持站立。但也应根据诗歌内容，酌情请大家坐下，以兼顾一些长者或者行动不便的弟兄姊妹。
6. 带敬拜不是为了显示自己的才能，而是为了带领会众一同敬拜上帝，明白“不见一人，只见耶稣”的原则。
7. 祷告、寻求，根据感动尽量配合讲员的信息来选歌。
8. 带敬拜前需经过认真练习并与司琴配合，若未与司琴配合，不应参与带敬拜。
9. 守时、守约、彼此尊重。
